While the Charlestonian was built as a large $3,000,000 yacht, it is an ideal unit to be used as a Townhouse with all the space and feeling of such. It is like a floating hotel. It is very stable and most of the time you will not realized you are sleeping on a yacht. Each day you stay past the first day cost less. Also, there is a Captain available and you can request trips (on your townhouse) up the intracoastal waterway or to the Charleston Harbor at an additional charge.      VRBO AD

The Charlestonian at dock as a vacation rental is available at  $995 for the first night, 2nd night is $895, third night is $795, fourth night is $695, fifth night is $595, and six night and more is $495 per night. A six date rental is $4,470 plus 15% to cover host and other expenses. Also, if you stay 3 days or more, the vessel is available at a greatly reduced price to have a Captain come aboard for short cruises. 2 hour cruise is $595 and each additional 1/2 hr. is $300.

                       Renting The Charlestonian as a Townhouse at Dock

                        By the Night, by the Week-end, by the Week, by the Month

 

       Instead of renting a Hotel Room, a House, or a Condo, Rent The Charlestonian ON-THE-WATER

 

    The Charlestonian Yacht has the same accommodations as most land rental units.  With one exception:

 

             It’s on the water and you can go for an afternoon cruise

                                                                      ALSO:

 

             It has four Bedrooms with King Size beds and  large private bathrooms.

 

  The living room entertainment area is over 1,200 square feet of open space.      

 

        It includes a Lounge with large TV, a Dining Room, a hand built mahogany Bar.

 

          There are outside Teak Wood Decks on the first and second floor with seating.    

 

        On the third floor, there is a large circular bar with a canopy and sun-bathing area

 

                It has a fully equipped Kitchen and Laundry Room with a  hostess to help

 

    And the cost is unbelievably low: $995 for first night with each night reduced by $100

 

1.      1st night is $995, 2nd night is $895, 3rd night is $795, 4th night is $695, 5th night is $595, 6th night and on is $495 each.  Two nights for $1,890. Three nights for $2,685. Four nights for $3,380.

Five nights for $3,975.  Six nights for $4,470.  Seven nights for $4,965.  To the total bill, add a 15% service fee.

2.      Also, if you are staying a minimum of three days, cruises are available at $495 per hour up Intracoastal Waterway or to the Charleston Harbor with a minimum of 2 hours for a total of $990.  Only guests staying on board can go on cruise at this reduced rate. A cocktail party or event with other guest, must be billed separately at normal rates.

3.      There will be a hostess on board to help with laundry and answer questions and keep boat operating safely.

4.      A private chef is available to be hired to cook special meals or all meals.
